Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Facing your recent complains, it seems to be any cardiac arrhythmia (probably supraventricular tachycardia). It is necessary to perform a medical check up (physical exam, resting ECg and some blood tests) to investigate for any identifiable reasons. A cardiac ultrasound and an ambulatory ECG monitoring may be judged useful by your doctor if there is any suspicions to confirm.

Hope to have been helpful. Greetings! Dr. Iliri
