What Causes Post Nasal Drip When Suffering From Pulmonary Fibrosis?

I recently have been diagnosed with Pulmanary Fibrosis. For the last several months I have had post nasal drip and or runny nose. Is this connected to PF or is it something I should have looked at seprately. I have been prescribed fluticasone nasal spray one spray in the morning and one spray at night. I also use Benadryl at night and an non drowsy antihistaime in the morning. It still doesn t seem to knock out the runny nose completely. Any suggestions.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
The pulmonary fibrosis and nasal symptoms are not related, i would recommend a course of antibiotics if post nasal drip doesnt get relief.
