What Causes Positive HPT While Blood Test Report Is Negative For Pregnancy?

Hi I took 3 home pregnancy test that all came back positive but the blood test was negative. I m going to my obgyn tomorrow for another blood draw. I m having alot of the signs but everyone seems to think it s a false positive. Would it be a false positive 3 times in a row though.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Urine pregnancy test, if it has come positive, that too 3 times means that it is indicative of pregnancy.
However, you can confirm it by estimating the blood levels of beta-HCG and Trans-vaginal Ultrasound scan (TVS), along with clinical examination, which would reflect better picture.
Since you are visiting the specialist and getting laboratory work-up done, kindly wait till you come to know about the correct picture.
Then it can be managed accordingly and you can follow what advise would be given.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
