What Causes Poor Erection In Penis?

Hi i am a male,37 married 16 years...Is there any S.T.D.'s that may cause loss of libido, or E.D? It gets up, but doesnt stay as hard as it used to. I also have suffered a traumatic brain injury 10 years ago and realize this may be part of the problem.
