What Causes Pins And Needles Sensation In The Soles Of The Feet?

I am a male 58 years ols and since last two weeks, If I sit for some time and then get up, I have pin pricks only in the right foot towards the front of the sole but not the heel. It goes away after I walk. At times, I have itching also. My Sugar fasting is 110-116 and PP is 86-91 respectively.

This might be due to peripheral neuropathy or neuritis. Problem might be in peripheral nerve or spine.
Advice
1.     Avoid the posture which aggravates pain
2.     Methylcobalamin 500 mcg once daily per oral for 3 months
3.     Consult a physiotherapist. Physiotherapist will suggest exercise for relieving such problem
4.     Investigation
a.     Repeat blood sugar (F & PP) test
If you do not get relief with above measures then get done MRI of spine to find cause.
