Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
You have a collapsed vertebra in the spine due to tuberculosis and it is causing stretching of nerves of the spinal cord. So I would suggest you to get MRI. If there is abcess than you might need to take medicines for little longer time.
Some time there is healed tissue and it is causing pressure on the cord.So it can be cured by surgery.
Some time as I mentioned earlier it can be stretching of the cord and you might need surgery to take care of the spinal canal shape.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.
Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
