Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have a injury to the pelvic bones, and there might have been a hair line crack of the neck bones, and now showing up the symptoms.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically till the pain is under the control.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till the pains are completely controlled.

Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
