General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
About 25% of women complain of 1st trimester bleeding or spotting.
It is better to be careful regarding this as it is one of the indication of miscarriage.
Kindly get a trans-vaginal ultrasound scan (TVS) done to know about the status of pregnancy.
Do not exert yourself physically and take good amount of rest. Keep yourself well hydrated.
Better to take an opinion from Gynecologist.
Take care.
