Hello I appreciate your concern You should do urine pregnancy card test which can be done at home and it comes positive only after 10 to 14 days of possible conception, 8th you had unprotected sex in recent past. Another possibility is inflammation or infection of the urogenital tract which may manifest as pink coloured discharge or pain in lower abdomen I see patients with similar.complaints in my clinic and I would advise them for battery of test like blood for CBC, Liver function test urine culture and vaginally swab culture You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision Have plenty of fluids and maintain good hygiene Hope this answers your question Best wishes
