What Causes Pinching Sensation On The Penis Tip?

I do feel a consistent pinching at the tip of the inside of my Penis, like there s something there biting me sequentially, for some years now I ve been have very low erection, ejaculation is very quick, spermicide is very watery, I feel very weak from within, somehow from the heart, itching in the anus, Penis is very weak.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Is your foreskin retracting properly? You need to retract the foreskin daily during bath and clean the whitish material on glans penis called smegma. If it is not cleaned properly it may lead to bacterial growth and infection and subsequent itching.

If there is persistent problem in retraction or if the foreskin is very tight then you may need to undergo circumcision surgery.Also check your blood sugars if you have any diabetes and neurological problems.Consult a psychiatrist if you have problems with erection and premature ejaculation.
