What Causes Pinching Pain Under The Right Breast And Dizziness?

Hello, my husband who is 39 has been having a pinching pain under his right breast, also has been dizzy, right eye twitches, says his arm feels like he has been laying on it. Also feeling tired. He has been diagnosed with high blood pressure and had a TIA back in 2008. These current symptoms been going on for at least 3 days.

Thanks for your question on HCM. Since your husband is having hypertension, any chest pain shoukd be evaluated for coronary artery disease. So I advice ECG first. And if this is normal and BP is also controlled than Central Nervous System (CNS) cause should be rule out. The points in favour of CNS cause are
1. Dizziness
2. Only right eye twitching
3. Numbness and heaviness in upper limb.
4. Knoen case of hypertension and history of TIA in past.
So I suggest you to consult neurologist first and get done MRI brain to rule out brain pathology.
