Hi. I just read the questions on here but cannot find one similar to mine. Today, sporadically, I have had a pinching pain right in the middle of my chest, and not to the left or right. I am healthy, I exercise regularly and I eat healthy, however, I do smoke about 5 cigarettes a day. I have been smoking for 3 years now but I have never experienced this pain. I am not sure if it's related to smoking or if it might be something else. The pain lasts only about 5 seconds, but it is painful enough that for those 5 seconds I cannot continue doing whatever it is that I was doing before. Thank you!
