What Causes Pimples With Redness On Face After Using Skinlite Cream?

I'm using skinlite cream from past 6 months but recently from one weak there is a slight little pimples on my facec and skin becomes red when exposed to sun light. What should I do. Will my face becomes black if I stop applying the cream now. What shall I do.

I have gone through your query and can very well understand your health concerns..

As per your complain Skinlite cream is composed of Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Mometasone Furoate and is found efficient in lightening the dark skin complexion but long term use can lead to side effects which you are experiencing like redness,irritation and breakout of pimples over the skin..

All this you are experiencing is a side effect of Skinlite cream..
You can experience some level of darkening of face as your skin has become addicted to this cream but using kojic acid containing cream and ointment and aloevera gel will slowly reduce the darkning.
You should immediately stop using the skinlite cream and can use aloevera gel as it is a natural product and also have some level of antibacterial properties as well as has a cooling effect..
Always use a SPF 5O containing sunscreen lotion before going out into sun..
Apply cool packs over the face as it will reduce irritation and pimples..
Chew Vitamin C tablet like Limcee daily..

If still you do not find any improvement you should consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated..
