Hi! I m a healthy male, fit & a 48yr old vegan( begin-based diet only )with no medical conditions but I have recently developed small pimples on my thighs and hips. They are sometimes itchy and small quarter-sized red areas on the inside of my thighs that also itch. I moisturize often so haven t suffered from dry skin in the past. I d be interested in any insights you might have.
