What Causes Pimples On Testicles?

I have two little pimple on my testicle one on each side...the one on the right has been there for over two months and the one on the left just got there two day ago the one on the left is double the size as the one on the right.... It looks like like there green pus in them

1.It seems like an superficial infection over the skin.
2.Nothing to worry, mean wile you maintaing good hygiene and clean the area with antiseptic fluid once after bath in morning and evening and try to avoid tight under garments (under wears) until it heals.
3.If it does not showing any healing process in 24-48 hours.
4.Get an appointment to see your doctor, as it might need a course of antibiotic treatment.
