What Causes Pimples On Inner Labia After Having Unprotected Sex?

I had unprotected sex , about a week ago, I started feeling very itchy. Now I notice that I have a few pimples on my inner inside libia.. I'm scared is herpes but it doesn't hurt or burn. Just very itchy. Can someone help me? I'm scheduling a gyn appointment but it's not till a few days from now

Welcome to HCM.
Grouped vesicles contain clear fluid indicates Genital herpes. But it will rupture within a day to give rise to tiny grouped ulcers which not necessarily painful or burning always. Itching usually precede the infection or may be due to some other associated conditions like yeast infection.
Hair folliculitis or furuncles are the next possibilities caused by ordinary common non std bacteria. An Examination by a Gynecologist will fix the diagnosis.
