What Causes Pimple Like Spots On Eyelid?
I have some kind of pimple like structure inside both my upper eyelids. My doctor recommended doxycycline and lactic acid bacillus capsules and moxifloxacin eye drops. But it hasn t subsided yet. He said it is some tear gland infection. Do you have any suggestions?

It can take a few days after starting antibiotics for some improvement to occur.
If you only started the medication less than 3 days ago then it is possible that it will still take an effect.
If you started the medication more than 3 days ago, then it should have started working by this time and you may need to consider seeing your doctor again for an alternative.
