Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome, and thanks for sharing your concern
I went through your query, and I feel, these could be allergic spots, keep your elbows clean, do not let it be wet, also watch for what you touch on that spot in the day, You should see a dermatologist, and share your concern with him/her
I hope my advice would have been useful, in decision making regarding your treatment, still if you have any clarifications or doubts feel free to contact back.
Thanks.
