What Causes Pigmentation On The Forehead With Itching?
I am 57 years woman. about 5 years back I noticed that my skin on my forehhead getting black. by this time spot spread on bigger area. sometimes I feel itching. I visited lcal doctor in Bangladesh but no result. Using evening primrose oil since last two months as advised by doctor. pl. suggest me treatment.

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is polymorphic light eruptions.Since the lesions have a tendency to aggrevate on sun exposure you must apply a sunscreen regularly before you go out. Oral anti oxidants can also be used. If itching is persistent then oral antihistamines like fexofenadine may also be used. Regards
