What Causes Persisting Headache?
I have been having headaches throughout the day for the last three weeks or more, recently I have been feeling dizzy and a little quezy. This has come recently however do to stress in my life. Do I have a tumor or could it just be stress related. I have not thrown up, though felt like it tonight a little bit, felt a little nauseous today, though it was hot outside and when I sleep I am not awoken by any headaches.

Highly depressive condition some time causes such symptoms and this would be necessary to keep your self away from this situation else you would be more in trouble, I do not think that taking any medicine for this would be advisable, instead you can make it better with your own, hope this information helps.
