Hi,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here

There are variety of medical conditions which may cause Swollen feet and it may be simply due to prolong sitting. or it may be related to underlying medical condition including Lymphedema , Venous diseases , Infection , Blood clot, It may also be an indication of Heart, liver, or kidney diseases
if u r taking any medications than swollen feet can also be a side effect of Medicines like Calcium channel blockers ,Steroids ,Antidepressants and Diabetes medications
it needs thorough medical check up and investigations to spot a confirm diagnosis

to help yourself you can Get regular exercise, and lose weight if you need to, When sitting or in one position for a long time, stretch your legs and move around every couple of hours.
Support hose, which you can buy at drugstores, also promote good circulation ,And consider cutting your salt intake to a teaspoon or less daily, which helps reduce water retention.

If none of these remedies seems to help i would strongly suggest you to see Your GP to rule out any underlying medical condition
