Bending also makes the pain more severe. I am now resting and the pain is now constant. I do not have any issues a urinating. What could this be please?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Such type of pain in the kidney area which gets worse on bending is most probably muscular one.
Get an examination done by your Doctor and get the prescription based medications.
Till you visit your Doctor you may take Ibuprofen if it suits you. Apply a Rubefacient liniment for relaxation,.
Get a bed rest as it helps relaxation of the muscles.
But it is also important ot get the investigation like X-ray or MRI if needed.
