General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with tailbone pain with discomfort and fullness between the scrotum and anus I will suggest a possible Acute prostatitis with radiating pain to the lower back

In view of this please do a serum PSA and prostate scan to confirm the diagnosis

Meanwhile please take the following Tablet nurofen Tylenol ciprofloxacin

If no improvement schedule an appointment with an urologist specialist for expert management

I hope this helps Regards
