I have a pain in the calf of my right leg. It is very sore after sitting and when trying to stand in upright position. I walk about 45 min everyday-my leg may be sore in the beginning but loosens up as I walk. Very uncomfortable walking down stairs. Started two weeks ago and hasn t gotten better.

This is usually simple muscle fatigue if it gets worsened with walk then it might be related to atherosclerosis but as it loosens with walk then it means it is simple muscle fatigue tone up your muscle gradually and warm compress it do a good warm up before exercise.
I hope this answered your question, If you have more queries I am happy to answer you. Regards.
