Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain pressure on the root canal treated tooth can be due to a few reasons like:
1.Infection and pus formation below the root tips of the tooth..
2.It can also be due to high points over the crown.
3.It can also be due to oversized crown.
3.It can also be due to
Gum disease causing inflammation and pocket formation in gums..
You should
consult a dentist and get evaluated and get an
x ray done and get evaluated for whether there is the need to repeat the
root canal treatment or replacement of crown or correction of crown ..
As of now you can take a short course of antibiotic like
Augmentin 625 mg thrice a day for 5 days as in case of infection it can provide some relief..
Hope this information helps..
