What Causes Persistent Pain And Tingling In The Left Arm?

I am a 69 year old woman and have pain in my left arm (sporadically from neck to wrist) and my index finger on my left hand is tingling. This has been going on for a month. I can still use my left arm and really only bothers me at night. I had cracked my collar bone when I was 19 and I took off the bandage after a couple of days and never returned to the doctor. I thought this pain might be coming from that. Please advise and what treatment I can have to alleviate the pain. I have been taking Advil and using a heating pad and it helps a little. The pain isn t great only uncomfortable.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern such symptoms could be due to cervical spine degenerative disease and this need to be rule out and for this it is advisable to see the orthopaedic surgeon there you may be advised for CT scan of cervical spine, till then try to maintain good posture, hope this information helps take care.
