What Causes Persistent Nasal Congestion While Having Extended Bone In Nose?

Hi, I am 34 year old lady. 2 years back, doctor diagnosed extended nose bone in my nose x-ray. That time also, i got cold and cough badly. but got cured in 1 week. But now my left nose is clogged since 15 days. Nose drops give me short relief but after few minutes i get same thing. I never get such type of cold in which nose is always clogged up. Pls suggest me what should i do now?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the cold condition and it needs to be managed first, if this is the septum deviation case then it may needs surgery but it is seldom needed once the cold condition being treated then it will be alright hope this information helps.
