Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Nasal congestion with sounding breathing issue suggests respiratory tract infection mainly upper respiratory tract infection.
Difficulty in breathing is due to obstruction in respiratory tract probably due to accumulation of secretions.
I suggest you to consult a pediatrician for clinical assessment and prescription of antibiotic if evidence of infection is there.
The nasal congestion can be managed with anti-histamines.
Please do not delay consultation with pediatrician since immune system of children is not fully developed and due to this infection can worsen.

Thanks and take care
