What Causes Persistent Muscle And Shoulder Pain?
Hello I have a question. I have had muscle and shoulder pain accompanied by pain in the back of my neck and a pressure feeling. I also have this strange feeling in my head. It feels like something is moving inside my head and i get pressure on the top of my head. i have no idea what to think it could be.

as this history of yours appears to me as the more of a pinched nerve symptoms. As due to pinching of nerve in the cervical spine may lead this kind of symotoms.
Treatment of the chocie will be to regain the muscle strengthening in the cervical spine region.
