What Causes Persistent Knee Pain?

I'm a Zumba instructor and have persistent knee pain. I've had therapy, MRI done which came back negative, and scheduled for a steroid injection. I've been resting and it hurts even when I walk. My doctor thinks it might be my joints. What do u think?

Hi
I dont know your age but if you are about 50 then it might be early arthritic changes.
But what so ever your age may be you should have intraarticular steroid injection.
Avoid sitting on floor, avoid climbing stairs and avoid much walking.
Cycling is good in Knee pain and should do ice application and quadriceps exercise.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
