What Causes Persistent High Fever In An Infant Post Pneumococcal Vaccination?

yes please, my grandson did vaccination of pneumococcol with prevenar 13 he is 3 months old . The vaccination done on friday am he had fever in the evening we give paracetamol as instructed by pediatre and next day saturday he seemed to be ok but this morning around 4a.m he woke up with cold sweat and temperature was 35.2degreeand was weak. Brought him to clinic and said just to keep him warm. They took his heartbeat and checked him and said nothing serious.just keep him warm, Can you help Thanks

please keep him well hydrated and warm.
of temperature spikes then paracetamol according to body weight.
tape water sponges if very fever.It will take 2 -3 time to settle all. if problem persists then check injection site and show to pediatrician review.
