What Causes Persistent Heavy Cramping After A Heavy Period?

hi 2 week ago i had a heavy menstruation for a week .. and right after my mentration i had sex.. and then now im having cramps for a week now.. sometimes on the left then goes to the middle then right.. When i press it it really painfull.Im having a hard time to walk .. i also rrcently had headache fever and dizziness but maybe this is because i didnt eat lunch .. The pain comes and go .. so idk what is happening.. can someone tell me about it..

hormonal changes after menstruation sometimes leads to this type of pain.
in my opinion you should try first conservative management as described bellow

smoking cessation( if there)
elimination of caffeine from diet
low fat, high fibre diet
regular excersize
adequate sleep
stress reduction

following medication shoul be tried for pain relief

dicyclomine
tranaxemix acid
aceclophenac

consult the gynecologist near you before starting medication
