What Causes Persistent Headaches?

Hi I am a very fit 40-year-old who is always active and eats well but I get headaches often . I always notice that I have two bulging veins on the side of my head to my temples are every time I Google search information it says it s normal. Recently I noticed that it s spread a bit more to my four head around my hairline almost looking bruised in appearance more then a vein. I also have been getting headaches and I have been feeling a little off wondering if this is normal or am I over analyzing things. We have brain aneurysms in my family history so sometimes I get paranoid.

Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
Anyway you should be calm as you have nothing to worry
Symptoms you are suffering has nothing to do with aneurysm
It seems you are suffering from tensive headache
I would reccomend to use amitryptiline and pain killers for some days
Schedule a meeting with your doctor and discuss with him about my opinion
Hope my answer will help you to stay healthy
Wish you all the best
Regards
