What Causes Persistent Headache Despite Taking Vasograin?

My mother has migraine. She takes Sibelium 10mg every night. When she suffers with headache, she takes Vasograin tablet. Usually it works and reduce the headache. Last evening she had a bad headache. So she took tab Vasograin at 8pm. But she has the headache still now. Will she take another vasograin now? Its 3 am right now. Plz help.

Yes, she can take another one. However if pain is progressive, she should see doctor and do CT scan.
