What Causes Persistent Head And Neck Pain?

My head hurts all the time, the sides of my neck hurt, I can hardly turn my head. I have Rheumatoid Arthris. Can this be the problem. A neurologist gave me steroid injections in the back of my neck - this did not help. My vision is blurry, my left eye stays red all the time. When I first get up in the morning. I am in bad shape.
