What Causes Persistent Hair Loss?

Hi Doctor, I am suffering from hair fall from last 4 years. Some time it started falling and again suddenly it stoped. So last year October I consulted a doctor for treatment and he suggested me some shampoos to control dendruff. He told me that dendruff will not lead to hairfall. So I got afraid because in research I came to know that dendruff is also one of the major reason for hairfall. I used all the shampoo(logidruff,twinsorb) and then my hairfall reduced. Now from last month s it again started. I need some help regarding that. Please help me.

Hi.
As per your case history of hair fall and dandruff my treatment advice is -
1. Don't apply hair oil for at least 3 weeks as it may increase dandruff.
2. Dandruff can cause hair loss. So use a good anti-dandruff shampoo like Dankare shampoo on alternate days.
3. Take a iron supplement like tab. Livogen-z once daily and vitamin b12 supplement 1500mcg once daily.
4. Continue above treatment for 3 months for appreciable results.
