General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

If you are having androgenic alopecia that is male pattern baldness than minoxidil topically prescribed

But it's not permanent mode of therapy

If it is by male pattern hair loss by testosterone than hair transplantation and PRP is permanent treatment modes

Underlying dandruff has to be treated by oral fluconazole and topical ketocanozole shampoo

Avoid stress and smoking

Take enough sleep

Consult dermatologist for examination and further work up

Take care
