What Causes Persistent Fever In A Child Despite Administering Ibugesic?

My children suffering from fever from last 2days.at home i give him Ibugesic plus syrup 7.5ml 3times.buy yesterday taken to doctor and he prescribe Puc250 6ml every 6hrs.and alongwith antibioticAzithral XL200 6ml once.but fever not recovered.what xan i do

If Fever is persisting inspite of Syrup Azithromycin and P U C 250 Than first we have to evaluate child for cause of fever by taking history

we have to see weather child is having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

follow advises given below

proper rest

Lot of fluids to be taken

Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc.

Avoid synthetic and tight cloths

we may have to do fever profile test so consult Child specialist
