What Causes Persistent Fever, Acidity, Sore Throat And Cough?

Hello Doctor. My husband has been having fever since last 15 days. It all started with an acidity problem which led to sore throat and coughing. He was on antibiotics to cure the cough but there was no relief and the temperature kept picking up every 7-8 hours. We got all blood and urine tests done and all reports are normal. We are unable to identify what is causing the temperature to shoot up
