What Causes Persistent Fatigue, Body Ache, Low Grade Fever And Chills?

For the last few months I have been suffering from extreme fatigue and aches all over my body (mostly in my ribs, arms, neck, and back) It literally feels like I have the flu. My lymph nodes were also swollen and I figured I was just fighting off a virus or infection. When I went to the doctor on 11/08/16 for a follow up to my ADHD medication, they noticed I had a low grade fever. I have had the chills and it will go back and forth with hot flashes. I wasn t too concerned because I have had labs done twice and the only thing that came back on my CBC with Auto/Diff was the my MCH and MCV were a little low but he didn t seem concerned. My newest symptom that has appeared though are these little tiny pin point red spots that look like I have blood under the skin. It started with only having 1 on my chest, but over the course of the month I have acquired more that included 1 on my leg, one on my face, and a couple on my neck. Today I have seen multiple coming up on my chest and also my arms as well as one on my stomach. They are very tiny. My doctor however cannot seem to figure out what is causing all of my symptoms as a whole and has referred me to a rheumatologist and a dermatologist. I also have had trouble with my asthma as of late, but all of my labs have been normal and show no indication of inflammation or infections. I also had a urine analysis done which did show I had some protein, but no leukocytes or nitrites to signal a UTI. I seem to get more and more symptoms as I go along and I m just looking for some possibilities especially since my platelets and blood counts are all fine.
