What Causes Persistent Edema Despite Taking Furosemide And Hydrochlorot?
my wife has been taking furosemide for a while on Monday the doctor added hydrochlorot to aide with getting rid of fluid. she took both yesterday and all was good. today she took both with no increase in urination. Is it normal that maybe it doesn t work the way it should from time to time? Should we contact the doctor or am I nervous for no good reason

I really appreciate your concern, after the taking diuretic one find the urine out put if water intake is good and kidney functioning well in absence of urine formation one can not see more urine out put, watch for water intake and get done the renal function test hope this information helps.
