Hello Doctors,i am feeling little drowsiness from past 2 weeks, this all started on the day i started working out in gym.The first day i fainted and from that day i am feeling like this.I consulted a doctor and was advised that its because of low BP(90-70).I stopped going to gym from last 5 days and maintained my diet as advised by doctor.i checked my BP again tomorrow which was normal (120-85), but still feeling the same.please advise me what can be the reason for this as i am a bit scared and confused.

Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having persistent drowsiness.
My answer to your question is as follows.
1. The drowsiness in your case is probably because of low blood pressure.
2. The low blood pressure and its cause needs to be evaluated and treated accordingly.
3. As of now my advice is to increase the intake of water and other fluids and intake of salts this will help you to increase the low blood pressure.

Hope this answers your question.
