For the last 3 weeks I occasionally feel dizzy/like the room is in motion when lay down, as I was working on the trailer lights of my truck, also get the same feeling when I get out of bed in the morning and it seems I get the feeling when I tilt my head steeply. Should I schedule an appointment or see if it passes

Hi there, Please amend me if I make a mistake in the thing I understood, You are having dizziness more in morning and when you turn your head suddenly towards right or left. It feel like room is moving. Along with that you are not having any headache, blurring of vision, weakness in any one side of hand or legs. may have vomiting or sensation of it. Right!
I think you are having trouble with one of your ear. there are small tube that help us balance when we are awake. block in the tube due to stone can have this problem.
The symptoms that you are experiencing is called Vertigo. You can try few exercises at home for it that you can look up in internet. I can suggest you to do Epley maneuver any exercises related to it. If it doesn't settle down with than, I would suggest you to fix appointment with the ENT specialist or even Neurologist will be able to work you out.
Thank you,
Hope you get relived of your symptoms soon.
