What Causes Persistent Dizziness, Headaches And Nausea?
I got up Saturday feeling dizzy, then sickness started which lasted most of morning plus I was vomiting up blood, and since then I ve had thumping headache and cannot seem to eat or drink feeling week, but two weeks previous I had stomach bug and after a few days was feeling ok but this one just won t shift

hai sir you are suffering from gastric ulcer ..u vomited blood nd dizziness indicates anaemia due to blood loss .. take sucrafilate syrup before food three times a day for 1 week then start t. pantaprazole 40mg +domperidone combination before breakfast for next 10 days.. eat dry fruits nd green vegetables to treat anaemia
