What Causes Persistent Cough, Cold And Pressure In The Chest?
I have had a cold... extreme coughing 4 weeks ago which has subsided a lot....now the glands in my neck, under my ears are swollen.... do not hurt.... and when I walk or exert energy I feel a really heavy pressure in my neck and upper chest and it is making me really tired.
Thanks for contating HCM with your health concern and following is symptomwise approach:
1. Cough with arising from pharyngitis, laryngitis and bronchitis is one of the commonest synptom seen in general practice for which you must have abide by the instructions and drug treatment.
2. If there is swelling at the angle of mouth one should suspect MUMPS (swelling of parotid glands) and manage as: . Rest at home . Oral Hygiene: proper brushing of teeth with frequent rinsing of mouth with Wokadine gargles. . Semi solid and liquid food as chewing is painful . Ask for plain Amoxycillin antibiotic and tablet combiflam . If problem in testes arises (orchitis) then scrotal support and prednisolone steroid for 5 days.
PS. check with a medicine specialist for Hodgkin's Lymphoma
