What Causes Persistent Cough After Removal Of Cancerous Moles?

Hi I have a history of malignant skin cancer though this was successfully removed five years ago tho I have had several moles removed since they were all benigh however following a X-ray for chest pains it was noticed that I had several nodules on my lungs I have never smoked for the past few months I ve had a persistant coughing on my last cancer clinic meeting I informed my consultant he asked for a urgent ct scan which I am having next week should I be concerned I do feel stressed about it

I really appreciate your concern, look it there is history of malignancy, then any clinical symptoms more than a week old need to be brought to investigation to rule out the secondary lesions or metastasis and this is routine procedures, hope this information helps, take care.
