What Causes Persistent Cold Sensation In Hands And Feet?
I am an 18 year old female and for the past five years of my life my hands and feet have always been cold. Only once in a while will my hands get warm. Even when my body is hot I can feel my hands and feet are cold and I hate the feeling. I ve been told it s cause of low blood pressure and that I should get it checked out. What would be my best solution? Do I get it checked out or continue being cold all the time haha?
Do your hands change colour( become pale, red or blue when put in cold water for a few minutes). do you have any redness or rash on your face especially cheeks? Do any of your family members have the same problem? cold hands maybe a symptom of connective tissue disease.. If so, diagnosing it early and initiating appropriate medications will help prevent rapid progression. I recommend you have it checked out. hope this helps. wish you good health
