What Causes Persistent Bloating Of Stomach And Heavy Periods After Having C-section?

I m a 31 year old female and I have twins who are 8 and also a 10 month old. I have no history of medical problems and had two normal, healthy pregnancies with no complications- both elected c-sections. For the past 5 months, i have been extremely bloated and very tired, achy and just all around not feeling well. I had my regular period, ending on the 15th of this month and started back with light bleeding again on the 24th. I m still bleeding and its getting heavier as of today. My pelvic area is in a constant, uncomfortable state. I m worried that i might have uterine cancer. Should i be concerned enough to go to the Dr? I ve always had a normal menstrual cycle and never had any problems getting pregnant. This abnormal bleeding has me concerned. Please help! Thanks!

It is better to get consultation from a gynecologist. Both of the problems may be independent to each other. In any case, an ultrasound should be done to rule out any internal pathology.
