What Causes Persistent Abdominal Pain?

I have had repeated abdominal pain for years. Most recently I have been to the er twice the past few weeks. Been to see my gi dr and had a colonoscopy/endoscopy as well. It was clear and no evidence of crohns as previously suspected. I have been treated for sibo and now we are looking at the possibility of removing my gallbladder. I have had upper back pain and belching with upper right/mid pain for years. It most recently became worse when I ingested an item with chickory root. I have been a mess the past few weeks. Cannot function doesn t matter what I eat I have pain soon after. I am getting ready to try low fodmap diet and meeting with dietician tomorrow. Any other suggestions.
