Hi ,I have gone through your question and understands your concern.
Upper abdominal pain is not only due to gastric problems it could be due to pancreas problem and sometimes kidney stone pain also referred to this area. As your GIT workup is negative , I suggest you to have serum amylase, lipase and CT abdomen with KUB (Kidney, ureter, bladder) as CT will be sensitive for both pancreatitis and renal stones. Meanwhile you can take diclofenic+mesoprostol (contraindicated if pregnant) .
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any other query feel free to ask.
Wish you good health.
